Telecommunications Rigger

We are currently seeking experienced Telecommunications Riggers for work on various telecommunications projects in Wairarapa.

Requirements:

•Current rigging certification
•Extensive telecommunications rigging experience
•EWP Ticket/Working at Height/Tower Rescue (Preferable)
•Twin Rope and First Aid Qualifications (Preferable)
•Telecommunications experience
•Current drivers licence
•Must be available to work weekends
•Must have your own tools for the job
•Would be part of an on call roster with various SLA requirements in regards to radio mast response times

Roles & Responsibilities will include the following:

•Installation of telecommunications cabling and equipment
•Installation, relocation and removal of tower mounted equipment
•Installation, relocation of pan and tilt antennas mounted equipment
•Conducting site audits and updating data bases and documentation
•Installation, relocation and removal of tower and pole mounted steelwork
•Collecting and uploading site photos and information into company data bases

Candidates should note that the position may require travel onto farm tracks so would need a 4WD vehicle and/or access to a quad.

You must have the current legal right to work in New Zealand.
